adidas Originals by Originals Gazelle Vintage Mid Black

This week brought us the introduction of a new colorway of the adidas ObyO Gazelle Vintage Mid in burgundy. The David Beckham collection by James Bond also includes this color-up. Black suede covers the upper, with the exception of the sand colored leather strip at the bottom of the upper. A white sole also works for contrast. These are available now at select retailers, including Concepts.

This Week in Sneaks

This Week in Sneaks

Nike, Inc. wrapped up its inaugural World Basketball Festival last weekend, for which Nice Kicks was on hand. The recap video, gives us a look at all the weekend’s festivities and some insight in to some of the NBA’s best thoughts what it means to play “For the Love of the Game.”

The “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 11 may not be releasing until the end of the year, but detailed photos of the men’s size sneaker have readers salivating and already wanting to camp out. Based on photos and early hype alone, will the “Cool Grey” release compare to last year’s “Space Jam” anticipation?

Foamposite is making its way to yet another sneaker. This week, we learned that an Air Jordan 1 will sport the much beloved Nike material, though this will be the first Jordan Brand product to release with the technology. WIll the Air Jordan 1 Armor be as sought after as a normal Foamposite sneaker?

We finally got a good look at the upcoming Nike 1/2 Cent “Cranberry” this week. This hue has never been seen on a Foamposite sneaker, so choosing to debut it on the 1.2 Cent is a big step for Nike.

The rising rookie class of future NBA stars (and maybe some flops), got their chance to pose in their new team’s jersey for the first time. It also gave them their first chance to hint at how their respective shoe games will be when Kicks on Court gets going again this fall. Check out what Gordon Hayward, Evan Turner and other rooks wore for Media Day.
