Athletic Propulsion Lab Ban

Today's The Good, the Bad & the Ugly features a highly-anticipated signature basketball sneaker, a controversial, performance-based sneaker and an adidas Originals model. With that said, see the position each sneaker holds in our weekly feature below. What was your personal good, bad and ugly this week?

The Good – Nike Zoom KDIII Release Date

Nike Zoom KD III Release Date

The Nike Zoom KDIII, Kevin Durant’s third signature sneaker, is one of the most highly-anticipated basketball sneakers of the year, along with the Nike Zoom Kobe VI and the Nike LeBron 8. We put a big emphasis on this year. It will be the first time Nike unleashes a Kevin Durant signature during the first half of the NBA season. Usually, Nike releases Durant’s signature during the second half of the season to make room for LeBron and Kobe’s signature models; however, Kevin’s ever-increasing popularity forces Nike to pay more attention to the demand for his shoes.

Nike Air Footscape Freemotion “Climbers”

Posted: 24 Oct 2010 10:43 AM PDT

Nike Air Footscape Freemotion "Climbers"

The last few Air Footscape Freemotion releases have been simple and mostly monochromatic; so when the “Climbers” Pack surfaced with this multi-color pair as a part of it, fans of the silhouette rejoiced. Sporting a Cool Grey Flywire upper, reinforced black toe and Deep Royal mesh tongue, this Nike’s red liner is the icing on the cake. The “cookies and cream” Free sole doesn’t hurt, either. If you’re a fan, Extra Butter can lace you up now for $120.
