| “Doernbecher” Air Jordan 3 Release Date Change Posted: 19 Nov 2010 01:14 PM PST The "Doernbecher" Air Jordan 3 will be one of the biggest releases of the year for sneakerheads. We now have conformation that the release date has been changed from the original December 11 release date to a December 4th release date. If you recall, we received release date change news regarding the “Altitude” Air Jordan 13 earlier this year; it was moved from December 4th to December 11th. | Nike Zoom Hyperfuse “Creamsicle” Posted: 19 Nov 2010 12:46 PM PST Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder turned heads last season with the Nike KD II “Creamsicle”. Will they do the same in the Nike Zoom Hyperfuse “Creamsicle”? A new picture has surfaced of an orange Hyperfuse baring blue highlights and the KD logo. Durant is yet to wear this makeup on court but has been wearing PE Hyperfuses in anticipation of his third signature. Is this one of the better Hyperfuse colorways? Tell us in the comment section. The adidas adiZero Rose gives college hoopers something new to smile about as we see this special Tennessee makeup. Tennessee orange wraps around the midsole, collar, and tongue setting off a shiny white upper. Will this colorway release to the public? This is still unknown. Set for a spring 2011 release, this shoe will likely sell out on release day, despite its $200 price tag. Seen here in detail, the upcoming retro is true to the original, from the Foamposite upper down to the icy outsole. This photo set depicts the upper as having a a more matte finish than previous looks have shown, though the color-shifting nature of the namesake material is likely the cause. | adidas Originals Stan Smith 80s Lux Zebra Posted: 19 Nov 2010 11:58 AM PST Take a quick look at this adidas Originals Stan Smith 80s Lux and you would probably assume it came from the Jeremy Scott collection. This wild, zebra hair-covered sneaker is actually not from the eclectic designer’s portfolio, though it would fit in perfectly alongside shoes like the “Fire.” Details include white D-ring lace loops, a black leather heel tab and mixed midsole stitching. The pair won over the hearts of many with its subtle yet stylish lavender colorway. In similar fashion, Jordan Brand has brought back a very similar color except this time for the Air Jordan 1. This pair sports an official “Daybreak” suede tone on the major portions of the toe cap, lace eyelets, ankle panels, and heel panels. What sets this part from any pair we’ve seen in the past is the use of a patterned mesh on the side panels and toe box. To keep up with this demand, Nike has combined these two concepts into a single pair with the creation of today’s Nike Blazer Mid silhouette. It is set in a dark brown leather upper that resembles a boot. A brown border/liner can also be seen encompassing a lower portion of the upper.
