Nike WMNS LunarGlide+ 2 Dark Grey/Spark Posted: 29 Jan 2011 12:13 PM PST As one the Nike’s fastest-selling shoes ever the LunarGlide+ 2 is perched atop the Lunarlon hierarchy. With its Flywire and mesh upper and the beloved cushioned sole, it’s no wonder so many have taken a liking to it. The latest WMNS drop features a Dark Grey and black upper and a ribbed midsole. Spark is the chosen accent hue, appearing only on the midsole and tongue label. The underside of the Volt footbed peeks out the bottom; a nice detail for passers by. Packer Shoes x Reebok Court Victory Pump “Australia” Now Available Posted: 29 Jan 2011 11:32 AM PST Continuing to tell the stories of world class athletes and celebrating their accomplishments in their shoes, Packer Shoes of Teaneck, New Jersey pays tribute to another New Jersey native – Michael Chang. Michael Chang was the face of Reebok tennis in the late 80′s and early 90′s snatching his first Grand Slam title at a record youngest age of 17 years and 3 months old. Packer Shoes is taking us through a tour of Michael Chang’s career through a four part series of the Reebok Court Victory Pump inspired by each of the four Grand Slams. The first stop on the tour is inspired by the Australian Open. The shoe sports a nod to the Aussie flag and represents another national icon, the kangaroo, with hidden stash pouches at the top of the tongues. While Michael Chang was never able to complete a career Grand Slam taking home titles from each Major, you can work you way towards perfection by grabbing these now at Packer Shoes at their online pop-up shop. © Matt Halfhill for NiceKicks.com, 2011. | Permalink | No comment | Add to del.icio.us |

Kicks On Court: Rare Air Jordan 18 “CDP” Sighting in Cleveland Posted: 29 Jan 2011 09:48 AM PST Cavs rookie Manny Harris has been a bright spot in Cleveland dismal season. He also turned heads in our Kicks On Court by wearing the Black/Infrared Air Jordan 6 in a games against the Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors last month. Check out today’s Kicks On Court to see what Manny laced up last night. In a losing effort against the Denver Nuggets, Manny Harris sported the Air Jordan 18 Black/Varsity Red via the Air Jordan 5/18 Countdown Pack. While this 18′s color scheme does not connect with Cleveland’s Hardwood Classic jerseys, it is nice to see this shoe make an appearance on the hardwood. If you recall, this sneaker, within the aforementioned pack, released in 2008. Did you purchase or pass on this pack? View these kicks plus more, worn by Gilbert Arenas, LeBron James, Stephen Jackson, Amar’e Stoudemire and others, below. In Retrospect: Air Jordan 6/11 Defining Moments Pack Posted: 28 Jan 2011 05:28 PM PST Five years ago today Jordan Brand released their first and arguably best package. The Air Jordan 6/11 Defining Moments Package combined two of the most iconic Air Jordans in a prestigious manner. The Air Jordan 11 “Concord” was classed up with gold accents on the branding while the Air Jordan 6 was dressed in black nubuck with gold highlights. Servers crashed and lines were long as many capitalized on the chance to get two one-of-a-kind Jordans while many more left empty handed. Now that five years have passed and the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” is on its way back, what are your thoughts on the original DMP? Were you able to get them? Are you happy with your decision to purchase or pass? Tell your DMP stories in the comment section.
