The quintessential example of icing on the cake may be the latest extension of his Jordan signature line, the Jeter Cut. A follow-up to the Jeter Throwback, this shoes features an aggressive cross-training-oriented design, including a carbon fiber forefoot panel. Heavy doses of black patent leather can also be seen throughout. Performance characteristics haven’t yet been revealed, but expect this shoe to be apt for the gym, regardless of sport. Representing the Southwest: ATX’s Nice Kicks channels the winning tradition of The Ryan Express and introduces a newly designed “NK” mark emblazoned on snapback caps & logo tees. A similarly styled Nice Kicks raglan completes the uniform set. The Jordan Play In These F TXT packs a midtop cut with visible Air in the heel. Patent leather and mesh placement on the upper likens them to the Air Jordan 11 with a unique midsole stabilizing the ride. | Kicks On Court: Huarache 2K4s Return in NikeiD Form Posted: 12 Mar 2011 08:21 AM PST The Nike Zoom Kobe VI is not the only performance basketball sneaker that garners attention on NikeiD. Recently, Nike Basketball added the classic Zoom Huarache 2K4 to their extensive list of possible NikeiD creations. Since adding it, we have once again spotted multiple players rocking this shoe on the NBA courts. Last night, our Kicks On Court spotted players such as Tyrus Thomas, Roy Hibbert and Thaddeus Young all wore nice iD versions of the Nike Zoom Huarache 2K4. Young’s Huaraches are very similar to the “LA” edition that released in 2004. They contain a nice color combination of white, red and blue to coincide with the 76ers jerseys. Tyrus Thomas sported a white, orange and blue pair to match the Bobcats jerseys, and Roy Hibbert laced up a predominately yellow pair with multiple navy blue hints. Which pair interests you the most? | Release Reminder: Jordan 6-17-23 “Aqua” Posted: 11 Mar 2011 06:20 PM PST In addition to the Black/Dark Charcoal Jordan 6 Rings, Jordan Brand will also release the Jordan 6-17-23 “Aqua” tomorrow, March 12, 2011, for $145. This pair, which is fresh off of the heels of the “Carmine” Jordan 6-17-23 release, contains an intriguing “Aqua” Air Jordan 8-esque look. Shades of purple and blue grace the sole and are also used on various sections such as the top laceholders and the heel tab. Much like the “Aqua” 8s, black nubuck makes up the majority of the base and a complimentary icy outsole completes its makeup. Is this the best Jordan 6-17-23 colorway to date?
