adidas adiZero Rose 1.5 White/Light Grey Posted: 30 Mar 2011 12:28 PM PDT Much like Bulls fans’ hopes for a championship, the ankle on Derrick Rose’s signature kicks has been raised to a new level over the second half of the season. And since ditching the low-cut adiZero Rose for the mid-top adiZero Rose 1.5, despite the original’s favorable Performance Review, the young PG has been on a tear that has even opposing fans chanting “MVP! MVP!” The latest colorway is nice and neutral, displaying a summer-ready White/Light Grey scheme that’s as clean as it is court-ready. Expect it to drop around the same time Chicago buckles down for a lengthy playoff run. adidas adiZero Rose 1.5 Source: Eastbay © Alex Kroviak for NiceKicks.com, 2011. | Permalink | 2 comments | Add to del.icio.us |

Posted: 30 Mar 2011 10:13 AM PDT Wale Folarin loves Foamposites, but not as much as he loves his Nigerian roots. Recently on Twitter, Wale broke the news that he would be sending clothing and sneakers to the African country. Shortly after he followed up with the promise of a kick pic and soon delivered. The twitpic above shows favorite Foamposite releases like the “Coppers”, “Dark Neon Royals”, “Electric Greens”, “Eggplants” and “Metallic Pewters”, plus the yet to be released “Dark Pine” makeup. Props to Wale for giving back. RELATED: Foam Home: Wale’s Eight Best Foamposite Debuts © Ian Stonebrook for NiceKicks.com, 2011. | Permalink | 38 comments | Add to del.icio.us |
