Posted: 19 May 2011 12:56 PM PDT Throughout the first half of 2011, Jordan Brand released a plethora of Jordan V.2 and V.5 colorways; however, JB will use this summer to introduce the newly designed Jordan V.9 silhouette. In detail, the Jordan V.9 will make its debut in two colorways during the month of July. One pair features an obsidian colored denim material on the upper with multiple Blue Dusk and Natural Grey hints throughout the base. The second pair is dressed in Velvet Brown canvas, along with Lion accents and a light bone midsole. As stated earlier, both pairs will be available in July for $90 each. Footwear Faceoff: LeBron James vs Dwyane Wade Posted: 19 May 2011 11:11 AM PDT Before the 2010-2011 NBA season began, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade were involved in some competitive battles against each other as members of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat, respectively. Although Wade and James are teammates now, they go head to head in our Footwear Faceoff today. Both players wore player exclusive versions of their respective signature sneakers in last night’s game 2 of the Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls series. James wore a Black/White-Sport Red version of the Nike LeBron 8 PS that looks very similar to the Nike LeBron 8 PS Black/Sport Red-White which released last week. As for Wade, we spotted him in his Jordan Fly Wade Black/Taxi-Red PE. If you recall, we showed you detailed photos of this shoe at the beginning of May. Both PEs have gained interest from you. Yet, which one is the best? Let us know in our voting poll below.
