Wale Debuts Nike Total Air Foamposite Max Retro? Posted: 11 Jul 2011 12:39 PM PDT Ralph's got us this time. A recent Tweet showed a picture of what looks to be the 2011 retro version of the Nike Total Air Foamposite Max. Wale's stayed debuting Foams months before the release, however some may remember that he wore the OG version of this shoe during his XXL Freshmen cover shoot in 2009. Clean outsoles and shiny bubbles point to a retro pair but Wale's deep shoe collection suggests otherwise. Stay tuned for more information. Nike Sky Force 88 Low White/Black-Varsity Red Posted: 11 Jul 2011 10:58 AM PDT Are 80s the next 90s? Culture is obsessed with style circa Zac Morris and Kelly Kapowski's peaks right now, but these 1988 bring-back Sky Forces are making a strong case to bring back the decade before. This particular sneaker owns all the standard characteristics of the late-80s hoops shoe, and of course, a proven "Chicago" color scheme. Expected to drop in August and continue the trend of Sky Forces releasing that began this weekend with the Stussy collaboration, this one is still a few weeks away. LeBron to Sponsor Three NCAA Teams Next Season Posted: 11 Jul 2011 10:28 AM PDT Lockout or no lockout, LeBron James will be on the court next season. No we're not talking about an impending contract in Turkey, King James has inked sponsorship deals with Ohio State, Kentucky, and Miami (FL). All three Nike schools have local or personal ties with LeBron and will incorporate his signature line and branding on court. Can we expect new PEs for the three schools?
