Nike Air Max 97 - Metallic Silver/Sport Red-Black Posted: 31 Jan 2010 10:07 AM PST The pictured Metallic Silver/Sport Red-Black colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 is now appearing at Nike accounts. As per usual, the color blocking follows the waves that are integrated into the design of the upper. The mudguard is metallic silver while the rest of the waves alternate between red and black. The shoe’s lining is white mesh, a nice touch especially if one plans to actually run in these. The retail price tag for these kicks is $145. Nike Dunk Hi Premium - Black/Club Purple-Ultralime Posted: 31 Jan 2010 09:42 AM PST Nike has released yet another Laker flavored Dunk. Although, this Dunk Hi Premium does shine a bit apart from the Lakers’ colors with its ulltralime radiance. A purple patent leather swoosh strikes through the black pebbled leather that wraps around the rest of the upper. Purple is also found on the nylon tongue and the contrast stitching bonding the sole to the upper. The other hits of color reside in the gum outsole and the ultralime tongue tag, laces, and lining. Nike Mad Jibe Mid Posted: 30 Jan 2010 07:08 PM PST Nike has released another colorway of its nautically inspired mid top. This Nike Mad Jibe Mid possesses an upper smothered in plush burgundy leather with perforations on the heel panel and toe box. The upper is anchored by a white midsole and gum outsole. The burgundy and gum partnership just seems to fit. Maybe it’s a subconscious familiarity with the pairing of red wine and a cork. This shoe is now available at Nike retailers such as Proper. UNDFTD x Converse Poorman Navy Lookbook Posted: 30 Jan 2010 06:36 PM PST Clothing and sneaker purveyor, Undefeated, chartered a helicopter to shoot the photos for the lookbook showcasing their collaborative line with Converse. The aerial views provide a lofty backdrop as well as emphasize the line’s military inspiration. For us, the navy Poorman’s Weapon is, of course, the highlight of the collection. Vans Sk8-Hi “Animal” Pack Posted: 30 Jan 2010 05:33 PM PST Vans Japan has outfitted two Sk8-His with animal prints to comprise the “Animal” Pack. One shoe possesses cheetah-printed pony hair and complementing brown suede while the other pair employs zebra-printed pony hair with complementing black suede. Each shoe of the pack is labeled with a safari-themed “Vans Off The Wall” tongue tag. The Vans Sk8-Hi “Animal” Pack is available now in Japan.
