| Brandon Jennings at Under Armour Micro G Black Ice Launch Recap Posted: 25 Oct 2010 11:58 AM PDT This past weekend marked the official launch of Under Armour’s basketball lineup. Team-friendly kicks like the Micro G Blur, Lite and Fly dropped, but the talk of the line remains Brandon Jennings’ Micro G Black Ice. The young Bucks guard was on hand at a Milwaukee mall to greet fans who picked up his first signature sneaker, signing autographs and posing for photos. If last season was any indication of both Jennings’ and Under Armour Basketball’s potential, we can expect great things from this duo. This limited pair is produced in Cubria, UK and features a classic silhouette that even non-sneakerheads can appreciate. The upper is composed of various panels of tonal grey. Hints of an off-white color can be seen on the midsole, inner liner, and laces. Navy blue is used throughout the outsole and branding to give this pair a sophisticated everyday casual feel. In addition to a great shoe, this collector’s edition also comes with a custom bespoke box that features screenprint applications usually seen on the classic New Balance box. Is this pair a must-have for this fall and winter season?

| Air Jordan 13 “Altitude” More Photos Posted: 25 Oct 2010 10:28 AM PDT The Air Jordan 13 is back in a big way. 2010 will give us three retro releases, and more are expected for 2011. The “Flint”, White/Red and “Altitudes” pairs are in a heated race for “Most Anticipated Colorway.” Will these new detailed photos give this shoe a leg up? As we know, the 2010 retro version features a different material make-up than the 2005s, including the new mesh-like quarter panel. Textured leather wraps around the heel and mudguard, while tumbled leather fills out the toe box. The namesake Altitude Green is the choice hue for the tongue Jumpman logo and outsole. Of course, the heel boasts the famed hologram. | Air Jordan XX3 for Tinker Hatfield Posted: 25 Oct 2010 09:58 AM PDT This past weekend was the premier event for many sneakerheads in Los Angeles. In addition to the release of a special Sole Collector x Jordan CMFT Max Air 11 collaboration, there was an appearance made by the legend himself, Tinker Hatfield. ‘Tinker’ is known for his revolutionary sneaker designs on the Air Jodan III through the Air Jordan XV. In addition to meeting the man himself, Tinker wore his very own Air Jordan XX3. From preliminary photos, this pair features an assortment of details never before seen on any pair of Air Jordans including patterned perforations on the tongue, special “TH” embossing on the side panels, and many more. Though this pair will in most likelihood never make into any collectors hands, it is definitely nice to admire a one of a kind sneaker.
