Collectors had seen much vintage Air Jordan sneakers released these days, but has never been this sweet. This pair comes with the original color treatment from Micheal Jordan’s famous team. It has a unique outsole that features a list of MJ's accomplishments. The shoe and its original box has been kept as part of the owner’s collection and never worn since purchase. Nike released the official details and photos of the “2011 Black History Month” pack. Here we see the Nike Air Force 1, Nike Zoom Kobe VI, Air Jordan 3 and Converse Star Player EVO sneakers each having black-based treatment and dedication for the three basketball icons and the ABA and NBA unifier. “This year's Black History Month Nike Air Force 1 celebrates the achievements and pioneering spirit of three important basketball players: Julius Irving, Michael Jordan, and Kobe Bryant. There was a call to greatness for all three players, a moment in time that defined their careers, and changed the course of history for the sport of Basketball. For Dr. J, it was unifying the ABA and NBA with his finesse and high flying style. For Jordan, it was the '87 Slam Dunk title, the one that made kids all over draw chalk lines to jump from in their backyards. When Kobe scored 81 points in '06, it made you question what planet he was from. Each player laid the foundation for the next to elevate the game even further. Reebok had drawn famous male personalities and athletes in their ZigTech campaign. However recently, ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews signed a contract with Reebok, making her the first female to promote the ZigTech. According to Erin,
"I'm very excited to be the first female to become part of Reebok's ZigTech campaign, joining superstars like Peyton Manning, Sidney Crosby, John Wall, Chad Ochocinco, and many more. I have been athletic all my life, and I'm thrilled to be working out in the same footwear and apparel that helps these athletes perform at the top of their game."
