Day 3 of the Distinct Life x New Balance 30 For 30 series sees Rick Williams sporting a never-before-seen New Balance 998 colorway. It specifically possesses a primarily light grey suede upper with hints of grey mesh on the toe box and collar area. Minimal hints of burgundy, seen on the New Balance logo border and New Balance tongue branding, provide nice color contrast on this model. Other complimentary features include a darker grey shade on the tongue and heel, white New Balance branding and an off-white section on the sole. Detailed images of one of the most highly anticipated sneaker releases of the summer have surfaced. These pics show the Air Jordan 5 Black/Metallic Silver in all its splendor and glory. Black suede covers the entire upper while silver hits, a translucent outsole, a reflective 3M tongue and a red Jumpman stay true to the original structure of the colorway. This pair is sure to be hot commodity seeing that it hasn't been seen in stores since 2006.

PRO-Keds Fall 2011 Lineup

PRO-Keds continues their tradition of simple yet stylish models with today’s PRO-Keds Fall 2011 Lineup. To kick off the preview, PRO-Keds and Capsule New York reveal their classic styles with a modern twist. The Royal Plus Hi is shown in nylon, while the Royal CVO Lo model is appears in grey, olive, black and navy. Finally, a collaborative Biz Markie 69er sneaker is shown in a green and white color scheme. All three models feature solid tones, minimal branding and subtle detailing.

PRO-Keds has teamed up with non-profit organization Soles4Souls to donate shoes to the earthquake and tsunami victims of Japan. To make a donation or help spread the word, just hit the “Like” button on the Pro-Keds Facebook page.

Swizz Beatz x Reebok Kamikaze

In mid May, we received our first look at the next offering from the Swizz Beatz x Reebok collaboration. New, detailed photos of the Swizz Beatz x Reebok Kamikaze Grey/Sonic Green and Black/Orange have surfaced on the web. One pair features multiple shades of grey on the upper with minimal Sonic Green hints on the sole, inner lining and tongue branding. The other pair is comprised of black and white leather/suede on the base with minimal orange elements. Both pairs will hit retailers next Friday, June 10, 2011, for $100.

Following the “Triple Black” Nike LeBron 8 V2 Low we showed you a couple of days ago, we now have detailed images of the Nike LeBron 8 V2 Low “Solar Red”. The vibrant Solar Red scheme is comprised of Fuse and Flywire, giving it a very intriguing texture contrast. Black hints, such as the Swoosh and outsole, provide nice complimentary features. Lastly, a white midsole finishes this shoe off.
